InHerNetwork ("we," "us," "our") is operated by BossBabe Gangster LLC. We built this community on trust, and that starts with being straight with you about your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and how to remove it.
Delete Your Account & Data
You can delete your account and associated personal data at any time, two ways:
- In the app: Go to My Hub → Account and tap Delete Account. Your profile, posts, mentorship requests, and account are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.
- Without the app: Email hello@inhernetwork.com with the subject "Delete My Account." We'll verify your identity and process the request, usually within 30 days. You don't need to re-download the app to make this request.
We may retain limited data where required for fraud prevention, security, or legal compliance, and will inform you if so.
What We Collect

Account information
Name, email address, and password (securely hashed) when you register, plus profile details you add like photo, title, bio, location, and social links.
Activity & messages
Community posts and replies, group messages, mentorship requests and responses, and event RSVPs you create.
Payment information
Membership payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your full card number on our servers — Stripe tokenizes and secures it.
Usage & device data
Basic analytics like pages visited and approximate location, collected to improve the product and keep it secure.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and member profile.
- To connect you with mentors, groups, and the Deal Room.
- To process membership payments and manage your subscription.
- To send community updates, event invites, and support emails you've opted into.
- To improve features, keep the community safe, and prevent abuse.
Who We Share It With
We only share data with providers that help us run the platform — never sell it:
- Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant).
- Google and Apple — optional single sign-on (we receive your name and email only).
- Our hosting and database provider (Base44) — secure infrastructure for storing app data.
- Email delivery provider — to send transactional and community emails you opt into.
Other members can see the profile information you choose to make public. You can edit or remove this anytime from your profile.
Data Retention
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described above. Some anonymous, aggregated analytics may be retained to improve the product.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to opt out of certain communications. To exercise any of these, email hello@inhernetwork.com.
Security
We use encryption, secure infrastructure, and access controls to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
Children's Privacy
InHerNetwork is for women 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has registered, contact us and we'll remove the account.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the community grows. We'll note the updated date above and notify members of material changes.
