1. Your Account
You must be 18 or older to use InHerNetwork. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and keep it updated.
2. Membership & Billing
Membership is $29/month at the founding rate, billed through Stripe. You can cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first payment; email hello@inhernetwork.com to request it. We may change pricing for new members; any change to your rate will be communicated in advance.
3. Community Conduct
InHerNetwork is a safe, respectful space for women. You agree not to:
- Harass, discriminate, or threaten anyone in the community.
- Post false, misleading, or spam content, or impersonate others.
- Share another member's private information without consent.
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activity.
- Scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt the platform.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
4. Your Content
You own the content you post (stories, posts, profile info). By posting, you grant us a license to display it within InHerNetwork. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to anything you share.
5. The Deal Room & Opportunities
Opportunities posted in the Deal Room are member-to-member. We provide the space but don't guarantee outcomes, vet every deal, or mediate transactions. Do your own due diligence before engaging in any client, hiring, funding, or partnership arrangement.
6. Mentorship & AI Guidance
Sister AI and our mentors offer guidance, not professional advice. We're not liable for decisions you make based on that guidance. For legal, medical, financial, or tax matters, consult a qualified professional.
7. No Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access or specific results from participation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BossBabe Gangster LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

You can delete your account and data at any time — see our Privacy Policy for how.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll notify members of material changes and post the updated date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
